Radhanagar is a two kilometer long, crescent-shaped beach framed by fine, mature specimen trees of the tropical rain-forest. It stretches to the north and south by steeply rising ground which becomes forest covered buffs dropping down to the sea and the mangrove trees. For those who like to be with the nature, there are cozy and eco-friendly accommodation right on the beach. Do stay there till sunset as the picture- perfect view will remain etched in your mind for the rest of your life.

Vijaynagar beach is a long stretch of sand on the east coast of Havelock island, punctuated occasionally by rocky sections. Most of the beach is lined by large Mahua trees whose trunks grow along the ground for many feet before they begin to climb vertically.  These trees lend a distinct character to the sea front, and provide shade close to the water.  Vijaynagar Beach is perfect for long walks along the sea shore

Elephant Beach

This pristine beach got its name from a wild elephant that used to chase visitors away years ago. The beach can be reached by small boats cruising through the through the wave or by taking a trek from the Forest camp on the way to Radhanagar.

Snorkeling in this beach is a memorable experience. Those who don't want to wet their feet but still would like to enjoy the underwater coral can always take a glass bottom boat ride.
